Great experience I went to Acura to get a new 2017 RDX. Due to my work I was restricted with time. Matt attended me, quickly showed exactly what I wanted and all the I went to Acura to get a new 2017 RDX. Due to my work I was restricted with time. Matt attended me, quickly showed exactly what I wanted and all the options to target my needs. Took me to a drive. And even though the dealer was closing ... I was never rushed. I end up buying the car that day. They tried to do anything to accommodate my my work. I came to pick up the car early because I sold my old car and as soon as I complained of a 3 m protection that was not what I wanted, they immediately organized a way to fix it so I could pick up the car in the same day. They even offered to deliver the car in my house because I had just coming from a night shift. I have nothing but gratitude in dealing with Matt, sharon and Curtis. Very happy with my new car :) More

Oil change I went in to get a oil change and the service advisors were very knowledgable and kind. They addressed all my issues and when the oil change took a li I went in to get a oil change and the service advisors were very knowledgable and kind. Service Excellence Last week I purchased a new Acura RDX from Southview Acura in Edmonton. The Agent I dealt with is Cory. He is a relatively new employee at the Dealers Last week I purchased a new Acura RDX from Southview Acura in Edmonton. The Agent I dealt with is Cory. He is a relatively new employee at the Dealership. As soon as I walk through the door, Cory greeted me and asked how he could help. Before I left we concluded the deal. He kept me updated on the progress on the preperation of the vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle two days later, Cory had all of the paper work ready. He also drove me to the nearest Resistry to get my plate and installed it himself. By the way, he drove to my home to pick up the vehicle.. I couldn't ask for better service. I recommend Cory and this Dealership to anyone interested in getting an Acura. More
