Matthew was an EXCELLENT Sales person and I Highly Recommend Matt to anyone looking for a New Luxury Vehicle (Acura MDX). I have already talked to my friends who are in the market for a new SUV and have recommended them to see Matt for his Excellent Customer Service. By the way, MDX Tech is an outstanding Vehicle. Love to drive and quite nice to look at (with highest quality and safety features)! The Sales Manager who also worked with us is Phillip. A Pleasure to work with him also. His friendly demeanor (no pressure) and smile right off the bat puts one at ease. He worked with us to ensure we had the right deal for us, and the options and accessories we wanted while still keeping within our budget. Matt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made every effort to find out what our 'requirements' and 'wants' were for a new vehicle. Matt was very professional, and gave my wife and I our space to decide if this vehicle was 'the one'. He showed us two vehicles (black and white) to look at. My wife and I both loved the white with Beige interior. As we were looking for a luxury, quality, and safe vehicle, we both knew this one was the 'BEST' vehicle for our family. More

Hands down, my experience with Ken at Southview overshadowe I was looking to upgrade my vehicle to an SUV and was undecided between a CRV and an RDX. Hands down, my experience with Ken at Southview overshadowed the other people who spoke with me about CRVs. Ken made me feel valued and respected as a customer, being open about the price while being accommodating of my needs (specifically a trailer hitch). His knowledge of the RDX is excellent and he identified all of the key features and was willing to meet after the sale to address additional questions that I had. My experience was complimented by having positive interactions with the store manager and the financing department. Sam Liu was very professional, and has good knowledge about the car he is selling, no bad words about competitor we purchased 2017 about a month age. Great experience I went to Acura to get a new 2017 RDX. Due to my work I was restricted with time. Matt attended me, quickly showed exactly what I wanted and all the I went to Acura to get a new 2017 RDX. Due to my work I was restricted with time. Matt attended me, quickly showed exactly what I wanted and all the options to target my needs. Took me to a drive. And even though the dealer was closing ... I was never rushed. I end up buying the car that day. They tried to do anything to accommodate my my work. I came to pick up the car early because I sold my old car and as soon as I complained of a 3 m protection that was not what I wanted, they immediately organized a way to fix it so I could pick up the car in the same day. They even offered to deliver the car in my house because I had just coming from a night shift. I have nothing but gratitude in dealing with Matt, sharon and Curtis. Very happy with my new car :) More
