Deceptive sales and very poor customer service If I could rate my service at Southview Acura as less than 1 star I would. This was my first purchase from this dealership and initially I was quite satisfied with the price and quality of my purchase. However, when picking up my new (used) vehicle I was informed by Everett that the previous owner could not find the second key and therefore my vehicle will only come with one and that they are not willing to cover the cost of a replacement (a $500 cost). Not only were the sales staff deceptive in my original purchase and inflexible in regards to rectifying the situation, they also did not reset the information in the vehicle and therefore the previous owner's addresses and phone numbers were still programmed into the vehicle and I found out that they lived in the same neighbourhood as myself. They were not concerned about this extreme FOIP violation and made no efforts to address the fact that I do not have exclusive access to the vehicle I purchase and in fact theoretically someone in my neighbourhood has access to my vehicle. No effort means they responded 3 days after I emailed them with a 2 sentence response and when I followed up with the sale manager Curtis they never responded. I am extremely disappointed in my experience at Southview and would not recommend them to anyone. They put no effort into customer service and are more concerned with saving a couple hundred dollars than developing a longterm loyal customer. More

Fab and Steven provided some of the the best customer service I have experienced in years. Sadly customer service in all industries has been on the decline over the years, but that cannot be said with Southview Acura Service team - from being greeted walking in the door, to Steven assisting me in the purchase/install of rims and tires to Fab following up on my service experience the level of friendly, professional customer service was exceptional. Hats off to Steven for his friendly and professionalism towards myself and other customers while I was there. More

Great Vehicle Purchase Experience! Spent 4 months visiting various dealerships in search of a SUV and each had their pros/cons when it came to their products, overall dealership experie Spent 4 months visiting various dealerships in search of a SUV and each had their pros/cons when it came to their products, overall dealership experience and perception of customer service. Southview Acura excelled in all these factors that, as as potential customer, weighed heavily in our vehicle purchasing decision. J'aime was great to deal with and answered my initial email inquiry right away with vehicle and pricing information. For the quality and price this became quickly a no brainer. Jeff and Phillip were honest and upfront in regards to pricing breakdown and what they could do for me unlike a lot of other places that insulted your intelligence with their games. Closing the deal was painless and J'aime took the extra time to walk us through everything before we left without being rushed and even followed up a day later asking if we had questions. Overall a great experience and very happy with our new RDX! Post purchase experience is very important as well so hopefully the same level of excellence is demonstrated in this regard. Will keep you posted but not worried as exceeded expectations already! More
