Things went quick and we did not sit around for hours. She was thorough in explaining features in the vehicle. Curtis the sales manager was pretty good but did get a little agitated when discussing numbers that I had come back with when re-negotiating the deal. Our overall experience was good and would definitely recommend and go back for another new car, but let see how service is first! More
