I emailed all the dealers in Alberta my offer (based off unhaggle) and Phil called me later on. We agreed on the price over the phone and I just walked in and signed the paper. No BS, no hidden fees, no extra charges, very smooth and easy car purchasing process. I was also thinking about trade-in my old car and Phil helped me to get multiple quotes. After I signed the deal (with trade-in), I changed my mind and decided to sell my car privately, called Phil out of office hours (after 9PM) and he gave me no trouble at all to back out from my trade-in. Phil is very reasonable and easy-going, he made every effort to earn my business and he certainly deserved it. I would totally recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy an Acura. I was shown several other options that matched what I was looking for in terms of features, remaining warranty, mileage, and budget. The staff at Southview definitely did all they could to help me find the perfect vehicle for me! I would definitely recommend the dealership, and any of the staff I encountered during the sale. Definitely love the drive in / out showroom as well. Each time I went, my vehicle was inside and warm. Great service all around, and will definitely be back for service and future purchases.
