Not impressed May be my standard is high but coming from BMW to Acura, I found the service with this dealership lacking and to certain degree, disappointing. To begin with, you can't get a loaner unless your work is over half a day, I was told this is their written policy. This means if you are here for oil change or tire repair, no loaners for you! Even when you are able to get a loaner, the car is always dirty and unwashed. In addition, they would also ask you to fill up the gas upon return! BMW never asked me that, and they always give me the latest model in mint condition. There also seems to be lack of communication between different departments. Often, parts guys blame service guys for messing up the price, or service guys had no idea what finance/sales guys have promised their customers. The quality of the work is probably OK, I can't really comment on it as I haven't gone through any major repair yet. Pricing is pretty standard, I don't think they overcharged me whatsoever. Overall, I am not impressed with the service department in this dealership. I would probably try Westside Acura or even Honda dealership for any future services. More

Got a text from salesman saying why waste time My wife wanted to upgrade our car bought from same dealership. We have already bought 2 cars from same dealership went for the third because of previo My wife wanted to upgrade our car bought from same dealership. This time we test drive the car but for personal reason we wanted to postponed the purchase of vehicle. The sales man texted saying when are you coming, I informed nicely we will postpone the purchase for now. Then the salesman texted verbatim '"Sir. If you came in to look at a vehicle and drive it it's because you've seriously discussed purchasing a vehicle. Why the decision to postpone. Why come and waste time if you're not serious?" If a customer doesn't want to buy this is what a salesman should say to a customer?? Why pressurize, be aggressive and threaten with this kind of text. I'm paying the money it should be my discussion when to buy. Lost a loyal customer, seriously offended. More
