Purchased my second Southview Acura vehicle 4 years ago. Negotiated lifetime oil changes in my vehicle purchase contract. I recently scheduled an oil change and at the appointment was told they will no longer honor that part of my contract. ??? Reason being the dealership is under new ownership. I fail to see how this is my problem. My purchase contract is between SOUTHVIEW ACURA and myself. My contract included lifetime oil changes, in writing, along with other warranties and accessories. It all formed part of the negotiated net vehicle price. Would this mean purchased extended warranty would no longer be honored? I think not, thus I fail to see how this is any different. I escalated the complaint with Southview Acura, and they aren't budging in their position. I further escalated the complaint to Honda Acura, and they won't assist, citing that my contract is with Southview Acura. Funny how Acura acknowledges my contract is with Southview Acura, but Southview Acura won't stand behind my contract being with themselves). ??? My options? Escalate publicly, such as this platform, Consumer Affairs or legal. So here we are. Goes without saying, I, or anyone I know, will not be dealing with Southview Acura in the future. Bought a used vehicle from Southview Acura .three rims of the vehicle have some scratches. When I talked with the sales advisor and the manager Jordan wade. He promised to repair the scratches. So I bought it and made an appointment to repair the rims. The service said they could not repair one of the rims because the scratche is so deep. So recommend me to replace a new one. So I talked with the manager Jordan wade. He said : sorry about that but I can not do anything. Have a good day.” Then left. I asked him is this your service? He said : my service is good but can not do anything for the rims. “. I am so surprised his attitude and service…and I have no choice to take the bad rim. don’t understand why he could become the manager! Southview Acura should shame on him and fire him . To be honest,The other sales and service are good. So if you want to buy a vehicle and find the sales manager is Jordan wade. Don’t trust any words before you pay for the money. He is a lier. More
Took my vehicle for service today, Awais at Southview is probably one of the most patient and knowledgeable service agent I have ever dealt with in my life. He did not only take care of the issue with the v probably one of the most patient and knowledgeable service agent I have ever dealt with in my life. He did not only take care of the issue with the vehicle but was also very patient to explain the issue. I was very dissatisfied with brand Acura with the recent issues I had with my RDX but he took time to explain the issue and put my mind at peace. I would highly recommend the team Southview. More
Worst place to bring your Acura for repairs! !. They had my car since February and I picked the car up in the end of June!!.. nothing was fixed on it nor did they have any real answers on what wa !. They had my car since February and I picked the car up in the end of June!!.. nothing was fixed on it nor did they have any real answers on what was causing the electrical problems.. only suggested to throw money at it to see if it could possibly fix the problems!…and still charged me $450 to diagnose it! Annd they lost my key fob!!!!…on top of all the inability to fix my car, when I went to pay and pick up the vehicle and got it home the car was in disarray.. everything in my glove box was on my passenger seat!!.. my $950 LV sunglasses where gone and all the change out of my cup holder was gone!!…when I called the next morning to talk to the service manager Ryan McDonald, he basically tried to say my car had to been broken into at my place.. then tried to say it could have been the tow truck company..then was saying to prove that my sunglasses were in the car and why do you have lots of change in your car anyways!! after that he told me we are done here! and they where not going to reimburse me for anything and hung up!! PS..I left my key fob in the cup holder when I dropped it off in February!!.. so either they have a lot of break ins on their lot!! Or they have employees that steal stuff from their customers!! .. whatever you do don’t bring your car for repairs here!! More

Im only giving 3 stars because the service i used to get here was exceptional. I bought my RDX from another dealership and got better checkups on it at southview, but lately when i request for a loaner or t here was exceptional. Im sorry but all are gone for 3 weeks to a month. Is it a loaner or being joyriding. If this i how a luxury dealership is going to be, then im not going to endorse this place anymore. More
