He explained several key features and differences of the vehicles. Allowed myself and my entire family to take each out for a good test drive. Dealership was open to negotiating - did not feel any pressure tactics. On reaching an price we could both accept, financing (with Genevieve) went very smoothly (it was a Saturday and by late afternoon, the arrangements were confirmed). Came in on the following Monday with the needed papers and was out with my vehicle within the hour (and the only delay was with registration, not Southtown's issue). More
