When you ask about charges, they’ll tell you not to worry and pass you off to yet another staff. And you’ll end up with a whole bunch of charges you explicitely said you didin’t want. Not sure how agreements made with the sales manager can’t make it in to the final sale. If you do go there, bring a friend to help you go over everything, because the tactics they use will have your head spinning as they rush you through the process. And when you question something, don’t let them pat you on your head and send you on your way to the next unhelpful staff member. More
