First time buyers stay clear! If this is your first time buying and you want a good experience, go somewhere else. They’ll take advantage of you. When you ask about charges, they’ll tell you not to worry and pass you off to yet another staff. And you’ll end up with a whole bunch of charges you explicitely said you didin’t want. Not sure how agreements made with the sales manager can’t make it in to the final sale. If you do go there, bring a friend to help you go over everything, because the tactics they use will have your head spinning as they rush you through the process. And when you question something, don’t let them pat you on your head and send you on your way to the next unhelpful staff member. More

We had walked away from many other dealerships because we felt like we were just another sale and not an important customer. Southtown made me feel welcomed and the vibe was completely different. We had someone always available to help us. It was a team effort. If one wasn’t available someone else was willing to help out. They were very patient with me, which was huge because there were many decisions to be made. At the end of it all they made me feel very important and excited about my purchase More
