We all agreed on a deal but when my daughter went back to buy the vehicle she was coerced into add ons that she still doesn’t know what they are for. When she asked questions she was passed off to another player and walked out not understanding she had another $5,000 on the total. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE! More

Excited new car owner After visiting many other dealership we decided to visit Southtown to see what they could offer. Customer Service was top on our list of requirements. We had walked away from many other dealerships because we felt like we were just another sale and not an important customer. Southtown made me feel welcomed and the vibe was completely different. We had someone always available to help us. It was a team effort. If one wasn’t available someone else was willing to help out. I was impressed that I was provided a rental vehicle at no cost to m I took my vehicle in for a minor recall repair and to have a noise investigated. I was impressed that I was provided a rental vehicle at no cost to me - this made my day much more convenient! Also, the Advisor - Eric - was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. When I picked up my vehicle he drove it to the door for me, which I greatly appreciated as there was a horrible wind/rain storm!! More
