Amazing dealership experience with the best salesman!! We originally went to go Honda on the west end to purchase my 2013 accent, 2 months later I was rear ended and it was written off. I had an extremely bad taste in my mouth from dealing with my salesman at Go Honda and was not excited to walk in here. We were recommended To Josh by a friend and from the first meeting he treated you like you’ve been friends for years. I was pretty picky this time around when getting a car and Josh took note of everything I wanted; km range, hatchback, Bluetooth, etc. He found a couple cars but right away he could tell they weren’t what I wanted. We took a little Ford Focus for a test drive but it felt a little to “squishy” if that makes sense, I almost felt claustrophobic in it. My husband loved it and was trying to push me to take the plunge. Josh had already gone off to talk to his manager Corey (also amazing! Thank you so much!) after I told him my concerns and without fail, came back with a 2014 Elantra gt, not even listed yet. He told me to go take it for a ride and that’s when I knew he’d done it. As soon as I got in that car it was perfect, everything I had on my list (minus cosmetics like a sunroof and auto-start) was in this car. He was just as excited as I was when I got back, even then, he was still asking if there was anything I didn’t like about it or if there was anything I wasn’t sure about. After we went over to finance to deal with yet another amazing person, Doug, the evening was over. This was the most amazing car buying experience we’ve ever and probably will ever have. Josh we will be back every time we need a vehicle so long as you’re still there! Thank you so much for taking such a stressful experience and turning it into one of the most exciting experiences of my life :) you’re the best! More

Went above and beyond! We had come to Southtown Hyundai looking at getting a vehicle that was more practical then what we had. We ended up having to leave as my boyfriend had to get to work but we continued the financing over the phone with Raman. We came back to find out if everything was going to work, but unfortunately it was a little over our budget, Raman said let's see what we can do she and Corey worked it out ad we endes with lower payments then what was esitmated the first day. I couldn't believe it! Amazing service and amazing people. This is my second vehicle from Southtown and will continue to come back. Beware of the protection pack warranty as well, they make you sign something without explain gin the fine print that if you don’t inspect your car every 2 years it will be void.
