As per a second opinion non of this was actually wrong with the vehicle!.... Do you teach you service people how to be dishonest?!... So angry and disappointed that people feel they need to be dishonest in order to make money.. They have lost my business for good?? More

inquiring about new vehicle I would never buy a vehicle from them. Inquired about a vehicle, and they were so stuck up made my husband and I feel like idiots. All they care about I would never buy a vehicle from them. Inquired about a vehicle, and they were so stuck up made my husband and I feel like idiots. All they care about is making a sale and they will do what it takes...i can't believe they haven't revamped their employees. I would not have given them a star if I didn't have to choose one More
Arrogant and over-confident Salesman and Manager refused to deal on a price with the response that their dealership is "too good" to lower their prices. Found the overall energy Salesman and Manager refused to deal on a price with the response that their dealership is "too good" to lower their prices. Found the overall energy of the sales and finance team arrogant. When I asked them to give me a reason why I should shop with them they could only come up with the benefit of being entered into a draw. Even after we stated we were no longer interested in dealing with them they continued to call, but weren't willing to deal. Last call we received from them we were signing papers for our Vehicle with a different dealership. More
NOT RECOMMENDED! While purchasing the vehicle, all seems pleasant and well but be aware that once you drive the vehicle off their lot, you are on your own. Poor qualit While purchasing the vehicle, all seems pleasant and well but be aware that once you drive the vehicle off their lot, you are on your own. Poor quality vehicle, poor service, and little help provided. The car is under warranty but it has been in the shop more than it has been driven. More

I took Over a year ago my 2010 wrangler was violently popping out of first gear every time I drove it, brought it in and they couldn't replicate it. I took the tech for a drive and before I left the parking lot, got it to happen, replace gears and syncros in the transmission, took a week long than I was told it would. Within 2 days of having it back I had a complaint about excessive road noise through the shifter column and it was now intermittently popping out of 1,3,5 gears. Went in and showed them a video of it happening as it was only happening every so often. One of the service guys at the desk talked down to me a basically said there was no issue and it was nothing (being a mechanic myself, only going to them as it was under waranty). Finally got fed up and pulled it apart myself, found that the inner shifter boot was installed wrong and causing it to interfere with the 3 gears preventing them from staying in place. More
Shady re-conditioning department On a brand new Ram 3500 Limited... Rear passenager fender trim was missing. Popped on off another truck, chipped it in three spots. Thankfully for Sa On a brand new Ram 3500 Limited... Rear passenager fender trim was missing. Popped on off another truck, chipped it in three spots. Thankfully for Sales, he got them to take it off and put a new one on however, in the process, chipped the 3M along the bottom of the fender. Also, had a door trim clip broken and the seat cushion cover kept popping off. Firstly, and very common in this department is that they will use a bonding glue to weld the pieces together. Totally unacceptable in a brand new 76 thousand dollar truck. In the process of pulling the rear seat bench out and or putting it back in, a plastic tab was broken on the storage compartment. Sadly, failed to inform me of that at that time. Once found out and brought back to the dealership, they ordered me another one. After waiting a few months I managed to get them to install. On install, one of the compartment doors was over extended and cracked the compartment. Talk about being pissed... The solution... To pull one out of another truck on the lot and replace it with the new. Secondly, the drivers seat cushion cover kept popping out and up, which would run into the back of the knee and rub against the calve. This guy clipped in back in place however, it popped out once sitting in the seat. The day I got the compartment installed, the service department got some guy that would put hog rings in place so it wouldn't come out. He also checked all the other seats. Thirdly, I'd like to point out some people, good or bad... Whatever! The sales guy that sold the truck to me is okay, but organizing fixes poor. Another sales guy, by all accounts is awesome and gets things done and through the proper channels which in the end is the right thing to do. Will take a little time, but helps. Lastly, I will name this guy... Cam. He stepped into fixes others mess ups. He treated me and my truck with respect and care. He listened and took great care of me. In fact, went beyond the call. Lastly, if you ever have any issues that require re-conditioning department, DO NOT TRUST just anyone. Be present and beside your vehicle at all times to watch how they treat your vehicle. If I hadn't been there, would have plastic glue been used!? Maybe... That new compartment with the crack in it... Would that now be placed in the truck that the one in my truck came out of... Maybe!
