When the model i wanted couldn't be found in a 2016 in Alberta, Ron was able to order my 2017 and have it recieved in about a month. Whenever i was wondering the status of the build, Ron was able to check for me and let me know with a quick response. I got the price i wanted, and the exact vehicle i wanted. There was no pressure.
