Very pleased with my first dealership purchase experience! Originally, I went in to Southside Dodge looking at a truck and spoke to Mitch Lerch. I told him right off the bat that I really hate pushy salesmen, as I had bad experiences in the past. He was the complete opposite of pushy. After about a week of debating if I could afford the truck I decided I couldn't and started to look at something else at Southside because of how great their customer service approach is, and that I desperately needed a newer vehicle. Mitch was extremely patient and forthcoming with me. He got me even more than I was expecting on a trade in value on my old car. Kyle in financing was also very great to deal with. I explained that I didn't want my credit bureau fired off to 20 different banks and he ensured me that is not at all how they operate. He managed to get my loan approved by the second bank he spoke with. I got an amazing vehicle for an even better price and am very impressed with the customer service at this dealership. Even the employees that I wasn't dealing with directly were great. I will definitely be back for another purchase! More

Purchase of slightly-used car was smooth I had the opportunity to purchase a "slightly used" car from Southside, and everyone was very helpful and professional. I went in looking for a demo, and explained my needs to Andrew and Garth. They listened well, because I was contacted when a slightly-used Lexus came available. Negotiations were smooth and congenial, and there was assistance, but no high-pressure sales. Andrew even got me coffee, a travel mug and some special beans because I requested (tongue in cheek) organic, free trade coffee. I'm glad that Southside has remained a family-owned car dealership in this era of mergers and acquisitions. Thanks to everyone there, and to the Swainson family for running an excellent operation.
