We were pleasantly surprised when we were greeted with a few hello's but were given privacy and free reign to check out the vehicles on our own (which is what we wanted). We met Darren Gunderson on the previously used vehicle side and he answered all of our questions and showed us the key points for the vehicles we were interested in, even though we were looking at buying new. He was friendly and knowledgable and most of all, zero pressure. We went home to think about things and came back the next day to finalize our sale. We were met by Trevor Medwid from the finance dept. and treated with the upmost respect and patience as we also tried to parent our busy infants during our meeting. He was also friendly and knowledgable and zero pressure, though he did share all of our options for additional warranty packages etc. We were pleased with our overall experience at Southside and will return in the future.
