Pick up man Both Landon and Colton helped me out. I purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 with a ton of Bells and Whistles however, after I left my Trade at the dealers Both Landon and Colton helped me out. I purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 with a ton of Bells and Whistles however, after I left my Trade at the dealership so I could swap the Tube Sides onto the new truck I realized I wouldn't be able to get back to the dealership to receive my new truck. So Landon left early and drove 45 min one way to pick me up! Now that's service! Not to mention Colton joining me up with the Truck and Kyle playing his magical numbers to get the financing but the Service guy got the command start in and the tubes swapped. This was my first experience in a dealership purchasing a vehicle. Garth and Kyle In the finance department, made it a very positive experience. They were very professional and answered any questions I had, no matter how dumb they might have been. Garth hooked me up with a rear floor mat that he had been sitting on for awhile and Kyle was patient with me when I asked him a million questions. After the purchase of the truck I had to bring it back for a very minor repair. Garth was more than happy to assist me. Yes, the repair could have been very easily explained to me over the phone so that I could have fixed it myself but, Garth in his nice suit and all, was happy to help. Very pleased with my first dealership purchase experience! Originally, I went in to Southside Dodge looking at a truck and spoke to Mitch Lerch. I told him right off the bat that I really hate pushy salesmen, Originally, I went in to Southside Dodge looking at a truck and spoke to Mitch Lerch. I told him right off the bat that I really hate pushy salesmen, as I had bad experiences in the past. He was the complete opposite of pushy. After about a week of debating if I could afford the truck I decided I couldn't and started to look at something else at Southside because of how great their customer service approach is, and that I desperately needed a newer vehicle. Mitch was extremely patient and forthcoming with me. He got me even more than I was expecting on a trade in value on my old car. Kyle in financing was also very great to deal with. I explained that I didn't want my credit bureau fired off to 20 different banks and he ensured me that is not at all how they operate. He managed to get my loan approved by the second bank he spoke with. I got an amazing vehicle for an even better price and am very impressed with the customer service at this dealership. Even the employees that I wasn't dealing with directly were great. I will definitely be back for another purchase! More
