My Jeep died after having troubles starting in Calgary - after a boost from Roadside Assistance, we made it all the way to Red Deer only to lose total power 6 blocks from the dealership. We were already stressed due to a tight deadline for moving our daughter back to Calgary. Shannon and Susan were very friendly and immediately made me feel at ease.
