Amazing experience!!!!! Was looking at several different dealerships at comparable vans. Not only was Southside the better deal, it was also so easy to make contact. Started out asking questions online in the chat program, not only was the receptionist friendly, but got a sales person online with in minutes. Enter Garth, knowledgeable, and with in minutes of reviewing the conversation with the receptionist he was sending me pictures and window stickers. Finally I asked him to call me, 2min later I have him on the line friendly, personable, easy to talk to. Over the phone we discussed details and preferences. No pressure, no trying to change my mind or up sell, just listened and off the top of his head started recalling inventory. Enter Kyle, financing was filled out online, submitted and finalized with very little effort on my part. Text messages confirmed details and started the process of switching over insurance and all that jazz. Once again these guys using technology saved me a lot of hassle, as I forgot my check blank at home and had it txted to me. From txt to email to printed and in my paperwork no hassle. As I'm a larger guy I needed a seat belt extender, Garth didn't have one in stock, so the guy went the extra mile to run out an get one for me, didn't have to but he prides himself on service! After the test drive prior to leaving, any and all questions were awnsered. Total time onsite was 2 hrs and to be honest it didn't even feel like it. While I was waiting on the seat belt extender Andrew stepped up and hung out awnsering questions keeping me company while his partner did why he had to do, that's team work! Would I buy here again....ABSOLUTELY, in a split second. More
