Customer Satisfaction I have had terrible experience with the Service Center at Southside. From not getting your vehicle done on time to paying for services that they did n I have had terrible experience with the Service Center at Southside. From not getting your vehicle done on time to paying for services that they did not do. Therefore I take my Jeep elsewhere to be serviced. I did however bring it to Southside to get my tires rotated and Susan was my service writer. When I got there to pickup my Jeep I was told that I had broken both the lock keys that were in my trunk and so they could not rotate the tires as they could not get the lugs off. I was asked who I had taken the jeep to that broke the tire lock and I said no one. I was made feel like a liar and told that they had to get the locks off then order a whole new set and I would pay for all this. I said I would not pay for the fix as the tire lock was broken at the shop. But they would talk to the boss and see. I received a call from Susan that they were going to fix everything for free and to bring in the Jeep. I did and they did everything for no charge. This was done because of Susan and if not for her I would have never gone back to Southside. I have bought 2 jeeps there in 5 years but will not go back because of the service center. Susan is the only one there that is customer service lead. More
