Jim and Kyle were great through the entire process. Jim was our sales person and walked us through the entire process, took amazing pictures of the vehicle when asked and answered our calls at all hours of the day. We did not feel pressured at anytime and felt that we got a great deal on the vehicle. Kyle worked in the finance area and helped us with all the paperwork and financing. He even arranged a carrier to bring our vehicle to burligton at a rate $500 cheaper than I could find. We had a blip with the transfer of the registration however they tried to do everything they could do to rectify it. Hats off to everyone at Southside Chrysler who made this transaction so easy. Bought a new ram 3500 "trailer ready" truck but apparently trailer brakes/brake control is an option - um NOPE trailer ready implies trailer ready end of story Then also find out 6 months worth of payments weren't reporting to the credit bureau, my gender was wrong and never fixed (I wish I could pee standing up but I have a xxxxxx not a xxxxx and xxxx proud of it) and address well i don't even know how they came up with what they did for that! More

We said there was one that we might be interested in so he got the keys and we looked it over, took a short drive and decided that was the one we wanted.
