Brought my truck for a squealing noise. I explained to the service that it was only during acceleration and not in park. Got a phone call back saying they couldn’t hear the noise. Went to pick up my truck and it was still making the same noise. Got one of the service guy to come for a ride with me and we could heard the noise right away. Got another appointment few month after went through the same thing, this time they change the water pump 684$. Told me my truck was ready. Go to leave with my truck still making the same noise got another service employee to come for a ride and made him hear the noise. Service said they would look into it. 1 month later never heard back from them, so I called them back. Drop off my truck again for the 3 rd time they did work on the vacuum and said a bearing was gone. Got a phone called saying I was all good to go. Leave the dealer and truck still making the noise. This is where the frustration really kick in called the dealer and asked them if they ever go for test drive after their work cause this is the 3 rd time that I drive here for no reason. They had my truck for a 4 th time and all I got from them is I can’t hear nothing. So now I am talking to service manager and his attitude doesn’t seem really concerning wanted me to bring my truck for a 5th time so I can take him for a ride. What a joke like this is all have to do I am 20 minutes one way and made 4 trip already. It sad to say that this will be the last vehicle that I will purchase at this dealership if they can’t even fix their own vehicles. More

Bad attitude; grossly overpriced On 2 new higher end 3/4 ton trucks and new Buick, all prices $2K - $5K higher than competition as their 'best price'! Service is outrageous. Held truck for 1 hour on hoist to change a fuel filter (took 6 minutes) and charged $120.00 labour for the hour shop time. Expressed concern over charge to service dept., was blown off. Wrote complaint to manager and rec'd a sarcastic response (same as service staff). Later rec'd a $25 offer rebate on next service call! How did this place EVER get to be picked as a GM Dealership is beyond me! More

New car and Used car Managers awful! Sales staff not to good. Leo was a wonderful sales consultant! But the managers used car and new I believe should lose there jobs. But just in case we decided to get an extended warranty; apparently that was just as useless as the car itself. We have brought it in 5 times in hopes someone would be able to help with the kick back. Not one person is willing to help with this problem; no one can diagnose it nor are they even willing to try. There are dozens of people online reporting the same problem!! I'm disgusted by not only this car but also the service we have received since having this problem. The car has such a bad kick that sometimes it jumps us a foot forward when leaving a red light or stop sign. My two young daughters are so afraid and traumatized that I had to buy a second hand car, also I'm worried we are going to get into an accident with the Cruz.
