Sold me a new Honda Pioneer 500 and lied I bought a new Honda Pioneer 500 and when they delivered it to my place it had 164 KM on it. It was dirty and mud and sand under the seats. Leased a demo vehicle from Southland, overpaid for it. It was my own fault though, I made a rookie mistake. When the lease ended I took the car back and wanted a new one. I had already asked other dealership was my own fault though, I made a rookie mistake. When the lease ended I took the car back and wanted a new one. I had already asked other dealerships what kind of deal I could get so I was a little more educated this time around. Sadly, Southland wouldn't make a deal that was acceptable to me, and I wasn't asking for much. Fortunately I knew I had other, better options and I went somewhere else. I also had trouble with the service department there. They once tried to sell my wife something we didn't need and there was no consistency with the billing. The price for a B servicing was always different even though the work was the same. I started taking it somewhere else and and was happier with the service, much more open about what was necessary and what they were doing and it was a fraction of the price. I rated the friendliness as a 5, but I'm not sure if it was genuine. I got mad once and one of the salesmen said it sounded like I'd had a bad experience at a dealership before, I'd actually had a number of bad experiences, they were all at the same dealership.
