Booked my car in for a diagnostic issue. Was a long a painful process but regardless services rendered where services rendered. David decided to escalate the issue himself by accusing me the customer for talking disrespectfully to the girl behind the counter that I had no issues with and was quite pleasant the entire time to deal with (shelby, great work you deserve a raise) David then accused me and decided to get up into my face 6 inches away and pointing his fingers in my face telling me what a terrible person i was and not to talk to him how i was. I asked to speak with another manager about davids actions and the new manager seemed concerned but not fully. Seems like managers at south trail kia need to go through a little more training before they have aggravated assault charges filed against them for letting their emotions get in the way of business. More
