Overpriced , would not recommend Took my car in for a diagnosis, the first service person quoted me at 1/2 hour to maximum of an hour. Second person went to two hours. They told me within 10 minutes what was wrong with the car. But kept my car for over 1.5 hours. Parts are marked up insanely high and they try and take advantage of you at every chance, especially if your not familiar with car mechanics. Also with their “ service recommendations “ they don’t actually check your vehicle, they go off their service records. For example they’ll say” spark plugs fail, need replacement “. They may not need to be replaced, they may be fine. Passing this along just for the people who may not be familiar with mechanics. In short 10 minutes of work cost me 2 hours of labour. Never going back. Seems like I have the worst luck at Kia. :( More

I wasn’t shown a million different choices or pushed into a direction I didn’t want to go. Nigel did quick work to get us approved and at the payment I wanted. I’m not the mom that’s wanted the mini van but needed it. I walked away happy and ready to tackle hockey tournaments in comfort. If your looking for somewhere to purchase a vehicle where you’re in charge and not being dragged through hoops, Go see Ha and Nigel More

Terrible experience For a start, they asked my wife to sign a bill of sale that only had car make and model details on it, no actual numbers (except for the $1495 for the For a start, they asked my wife to sign a bill of sale that only had car make and model details on it, no actual numbers (except for the $1495 for their "AB climate package" that was preprinted on there, fail!) and a few other fees. Obviously my wife refused to sign it. They came back with some numbers and the $1495 reduced to $595, for a block heater that is on the Kia site for $89.95, whee l locks and nitrogen, can't believe people actually fall for that severely over inflated package. The car was pretty much the same as the MSRP on the Kia website $32,635. When I asked what sort of discount South Trail Kia were prepared to offer, the salesman blatantly lied and said well this is a $35k car and we have reduced it to $32,635 for you. Needless to say we didn't and won't buy from these guys. More

The worst stress of our lifes We went to check on the new 2017 Kia Sportage, the sales employee was nice and took us for a test drive, we liked the vehicle and went to understand o We went to check on the new 2017 Kia Sportage, the sales employee was nice and took us for a test drive, we liked the vehicle and went to understand our finance options, we were told to secure the only silver Sportage turbo we would need to deposit $1.500,00 - we were told some values by the sales guy and later the finance manager changed the values for more, more interest more time for the loan and when we said that we need time to think about our options please can you refund the deposit to secure the car [ 15-minutes ago!] - they said that the deposit was non-refundable, etc... you can see where this lead us... hours later and after speaking with several rude and inconsiderate staff we were finally refund. Simply the worst scheme we have seen. The overall experience was a traumatizing one, from a second to the other the friendly smiley faces turned into aggression and rudeness. It's a shame the behaviour of this dealership because we actually feel that KIA's are great cars. We will but a Sportage, but not from this dealer! Our advice, AVOID - because they do not sound honest. More

Started with the product specialist (Ha-Young Lee, product specialist) who presented the different models. Once we made our decision on model we were presented with different trim packages and (Greg Lee, sales manager) was able to make it work within an acceptable budget. Finally finalizing the paper work with (Serge Bilan, F & I manager) was explained thoroughly and left us comfortable with our transaction. More

All my concerns, questions, was looked after. Constant follow up by sales associate to ensure to my satisfaction, was done.
