First time visit I had an amazing 1st time experience with South Trail Hyundai. From the moment I walked into the Service Dept I was greeted with a smile. Andrew took great care of me, explained what would happen & then asked me if I was staying to wait or if I needed a ride somewhere. I was shocked that shuttle service was avail on a Saturday but said yes, I would love to go shopping while waiting. Gil graciously drove me to the nearest Walmart and when my car was done he called to let me know. Not only did he give me a ride there, he said he was just leaving the dealership and was on his way to pick me up. I brought my car in for an oil change and a recall notice but they went above & beyond and washed AND vacuumed my car as well. Andrew gave me a full report upon my return, explaining that they checked all these items and that everything check out "A ok". This was the definition of Amazing Customer Service!! Many other dealerships and other businesses need to take notes on what that really looks like! I will definitely be back and will spread the word that South Trail Hyundai is the #1 place to go. More

Very disappointed, worst vehicle purchase I ever made First thing I asked my sales person was, could I move the car with me to the US and was the warrenty good in the US. She did not know, went to check, First thing I asked my sales person was, could I move the car with me to the US and was the warrenty good in the US. She did not know, went to check, and came back with an answer, yes to both. When I went to sign the deal, I asked the sales manager where I could get the document saying the car was good for export, he went into his office and came out with a phone number telling me to call the number and they would look after me. Then when I was signing the deal, the finance manager told me only the Extended Warrenty was good in the US, I really like the car, so I didn't stop the deal, I bought the warrenty. The next day I called the number, asked for the letter, when it came, I found out the car cannot be exported. When I contacted my sales person to complain, she put me in touch with the finance manager and then found out I also didn't need the extended warrenty, then upon further research, found out the extended warrenty cannot be used in the US. What a shady bunch these guys are! I've sent the sales manager an email, but no response. I'm still chasing this. Will not give up until I get some sort of resolution. So far I did get my money back from the warrenty. I like the car, just wish they were honest with me. Be careful buying from them. More
