I have complained about the steering on my 2023 Rm 1500 Limited since time of purchase I took it in to the dealership to have the steering diagnosed. The truck sat at the dealership all day 7:00 to 16:00 only to be told someone drove the truck and its fine. I did not ask for someone to drive my truck and guess that it is fine. What I would have hoped for was professional service. Diagnosis would involve checking the front end up on the lift. Alignment being done no matter what to be sure it was ok. It's a $100,000 truck even if I had to pay for an alignment then I would have piece of mind. I was never offered the option and I feel like I was blowen off like I had no value as a customer. My truck sat there for 9 hours only to be driven and told it was good. I am the customer and should have bee given the respect of giving me options after driving my truck. There is no crystal ball saying everything was good. Only with proper diagnosis could we be sure everything is OK. Inspection of front end. Alignment done. maybe wheel balancing should have been discussed. An estimate would have been appreciated. I did not ask for opinions I wanted service and proper diagnoses. More

Took my vehicle in for warranty work and an oil change. Was told the oil change is 130, it ended up being 168. They do not do a proper inspection and told me my vehicle only needed 1 part. Took it to another dealership and they had a page of warranty work. Don’t trust them here. They are incompetent. Got my vehicle back and for the first time since owning it I now have frost on the interior of my windows. Absolutely useless. More

About a month ago I took my Jeep in to South Trail Dodge to get serviced and they do a safety check and give you a list of recommendations, one which was the water pump needed replacing. I have a friend that is a service writer at Renfrew Chrysler and booked the work to be done through him. They replaced the parts that were obviously needed to be done but when it came to the water pump they said it was in perfect condition. Just letting people know that if you use South Trail Chrysler and they give you recommendations on definitely get a second opinion. I wouldn’t recommend using them for servicing your vehicle. More

Just recently purchased my 4th vehicle overall and 3rd through South Trail. Almost every time I deal with this dealer I leave happy. Their service team leaves a lot to be desired in my eyes as I’ve had th through South Trail. Almost every time I deal with this dealer I leave happy. However, in terms of actually buying and selling vehicles they are second to none in Calgary. I made the mistake of taking my business somewhere else more convenient for me only to be tossed aside and treated like crap. Alex and Kyle really put in the work to help me that 3 other dealers just frankly wouldn’t even give me the time of day. Alex really is the most humble and down to earth salesman I’ve met and Kyle managed to get me approved for my dream vehicle when no one else would. More

Phil Mitchell, the Service Manager is a joke – claims he is a mechanic who doesn’t even value his craftsmanship. The service department is horribly underqualified and have no idea what they are doing. Sales advisor, Treavor is dishonest and will advise you to “go to other dealership with your car warranty”. Sales advisor, Jenn is okay but not crisp enough to work with. Sales Manager, Danny will try to get your business, but won’t solve any current problems. You are only important if you’re planning to buy another vehicle. Concerns have been brought up to the dealer principal Mike McManes, with no response – just shows how incompetent and unprofessional their employees are. More

This dealership, especially Taylor (Finance guy) went above an beyond even though I ended up finding the car I wanted elsewhere. Unfortunately the car I wanted was at Davis Chevrolet in Airdrie but Tayl above an beyond even though I ended up finding the car I wanted elsewhere. Unfortunately the car I wanted was at Davis Chevrolet in Airdrie but Taylor Cooper was courteous enough to council and navigate me through the car buying process so that I didn't get taken advantage of. And believe me Davis Chevrolet tried every trick in the book. Because of Taylor and the South Trail Chrysler team I will be getting my car serviced there. Its the only car dealership that I can trust. I highly recommend this dealership. More

SO GLAD I DID!!! I wanted to really emphasize how much I appreciate working with Adrian. He is absolutely fantastic, he is a no haggle, straight shooter with a great attitude and that is what I respect most in a dealership. I don't like the games you get at most dealerships and there was none of that. Adrian went above and beyond to help us and I have recommended him for a while but just by name really as I was friends with his sister years ago. I can truly recommend him and say he is one of the best car salesmen I have ever met. He made this deal, pick up and loaner experience the best we have ever had at a dealership. He put up with all my questions and answered them really quickly as well. Also Chad (the finance manager) is great as well, he was fast and professional but still fun and chatty which made this more fun than sitting in a room with a boring finance manager. We stopped by the South Trail Chrysler dealership and test drove a few vehicles. Our sales girl (Alicia) was amazing and took a lot of time to give us all the details on every single vehicles we looked at. She wasn’t pushy and even after we left and I called her about 1 million times asking little questions, she got back to me right away. We went to a few other dealership to see what else was out there, but came back to South Trail because we had such a great experience. Not to mention, their customer lounge is Amazing!! Lattes, hair salon, kids playroom, sport lounge!! What more could you ask for, while waiting for an oil change?! Finally we purchased our brand new Jeep and they delivered it to our front door so that I didn’t have to shuttle my car seat to the dealership! Talk about amazing service! We have had our jeep for a few weeks and absolutely love it. I popped by the dealership on a whim to see if I could get some help with the high tech touch screen, as I couldn’t figure out a few items. Alicia jumped in the vehicle and ran through everything with me, to make sure I was completely comfortable with all the functions. Needless to say, I highly recommend this dealership and will only be purchasing from here! More
