December 2017 I had a recall that I needed fixed or replaced on a newly financed vehicle from another dealership that hadn't been done so I decided to bring it to S I had a recall that I needed fixed or replaced on a newly financed vehicle from another dealership that hadn't been done so I decided to bring it to South Trail Chrysler. Booking my appointment was a little bit difficult due to my full schedule and the time frame available from the mechanic. Upon arrival I found the two young ladies working at the service desk to be rude and make me feel uncomfortable. I contemplated leaving as soon as I had talked with them but I figured with my tight schedule I brush it off. The gentleman working in the service garage was awesome! He got my vehicle in right away as I had to get my kids from school right after it would be done. He was friendly and even looked into some other questions I had about warranty I purchased. They have a convenient play area for young children which made my experience even better. My vehicle was finished when promised. Overall my experience was good. I'd avoid the two young ladies working at service unless you want attitude, they are clearly annoyed when bothered and are not at all informative. Thank you south trail Chrysler. More
