Was even able to organize a pick up last moment without any issues to get the car. As it was a second hand vehicle they where upfront with the car's history and servicing. Compared to previous experience at Maclin Ford where they pushed a vehicle exactly opposite to what I was looking for without being able to look at anything else and told me that I would not be able to find financing anywhere else unless it was for that specific ford at that dealership... I mentioned how I previously test drove a Tiguan, and fell in love, but I wasn't hopeful to find something in my price range and open to other options. I mentioned the price I was comfortable in paying and he never tried to up sell me to something out of that price range. He came up with many different options for me, as I wasn't set on a particular way of buying. Used, Certified Pre-owned, New and Leasing. He was very knowledgeable about the many cars we test drove, and made me aware of things to note with particular makes and years. With every car he was very transparent about the cars history and future repairs. He was not pushy about price, or "closing that deal", it was all a very pleasurable experience. The Atlas was great but too much vehicle for what we needed. The Tiguan was amazing and just what we were looking for. We test drove several other makes and models at various dealerships but nothing we drove compared to it. Alex was great and very helpful answering all of our questions and concerns. We ended up purchasing on the phone. I didn’t even know that was a thing. I would totally recommend Alex at South Centre Volkswagen if anyone is interested in purchasing a new vehicle. More
