My partner and I went in on a whim just wanting to check out the new Volkswagen dealership in Calgary. We walked out with a brand new Passat. We have been to other dealerships, (Audi, Mercedes, etc.) but th out the new Volkswagen dealership in Calgary. We walked out with a brand new Passat. He was extremely humble, friendly, down to earth and made the car buying experience FUN! (which is rare). This dealership is very straight forward with no hidden costs or fees. We were approved the same day and drove our new car the following day!!! This dealer ship has very good technitions in the shop. But they are not very nice in customer service. If you goin sales department to buy new car, you feel that thay have seen one of their relatives a But they are not very nice in customer service. But If you find an emergency fault in you engin and go to their with no appointment, costomer service people in shop wont react very nicly and you feel that they have seen a very famous murderer or thief in their shop!
