Excellent Experience We were SUV shopping, reviewed a number of different makes/models, test drove a few, and decided a VW Tiguan was the vehicle for us. During our shopping, we decided to test drive one at the South Centre VW Dealership; the sales associate (Alex) was excellent, not pushy like some can be. We were given the time and respect we needed to make a well-thought-out decision (we even left for a while to think on it and came back). We went back the next day to discuss a purchase, and again were given the time and space to think our decision through with no undue pressure from the team at the dealership. We worked with a few people from the sales team and all were excellent (sales to detailing to delivery to financing). We made our purchase with big smiles on our faces, and we're still smiling! We went to almost every brand's dealership, but it was this dealership that impressed us - the Southcentre VW staff was always knowledgable, respectful, and courteous. They were available and never overbearing. We were especially impressed with Trevor, our salesperson, as we had begun the car shopping process a year ago. I test drove every combination of golf, jetta, GTI , diesel, gas, automatic and at the end I didn't buy anything even though I was in love with how VW's drove. I continued on for a number of months test driving everything across the city because I thought having two VW's was odd. In the end I came back to VW Southcentre and bought from Trevor because I just could not replicate the quality and value of the car or the customer service anywhere else. Our teen purchased another old VW so that's three VW's in our driveway. It's not odd - it's awesome. More

I didn't arrive at VW to shop or test drive; I was there to buy. I arrived on a crowded sale day with only 30 minutes left on the clock but, with Matt Delbeke's help, I got the job done. Matt clearly knows all about GTIs, including the new media package and the other updates from the previous GTIs I have owned. He would be a good guy to talk to if you are shopping around and want to talk specs and systems. In my case, since I just needed hustle, I got hustle. Good follow up.
