The reason we went back to him specifically was because of his no pressure approach to sales. He just gave us all the information we needed and the let us do the rest. He was very informative and very personable which made buying from South Centre a great experience!! We would also like to commend the rest of the staff that helped us with the financing and delivery of the car, their attention to detail and knowledge of all the products available was amazing. Top class attention I chose to buy a 2009 Tiguan. I found my salesman, Matt Delbeke, to be extremely knowledgeable about all the VW models, giving me a greater understand I chose to buy a 2009 Tiguan. I found my salesman, Matt Delbeke, to be extremely knowledgeable about all the VW models, giving me a greater understanding of the VW product line and pointing out their features in detail. He is also very enthusiastic about VW and this enthusiasm made me much more comfortable with my purchase. I felt that his opinion was trustworthy and this was a very important factor in my purchase. I also find the support staff at Southcentre VW to be exemplary in their good manners and helpful attitude and will undoubtedly return to have the vehicle serviced there at regular intervals. I like my Tiguan very much. I just had it on a week long, 2,000 km tour to SW Saskatchewan and I found the handling to be superb and the power and fuel economy beat my expectations substantially. I find the standard of finish on Tiguan generally is super, but I've been particularly pleased with the quality of the interior layout and finish. I feel very proud to own the vehicle and it's a pleasure to drive. More

Shanna was helping me plan my financing, and she was ECSTATIC! Her enthusiasm really was contagious. She went over positives and negatives of some add-ons for extra things, and explained the benefits/costs. Even though I never ended up going through with the finance (Simply due to my own personal life/budget), I would HIGHLY recommend Kyle, and Shanna as the worlds best (And no pressure!) He was courteous, professional, and above all, made my daughter aware of all aspects of the purchase, and made sure she understood everything. Other dealers directed all information to me (Mom) instead of my daughter who was the purchaser. Jack played no games, and made sure her budget was always top priority. My daughter purchased her first new car.....a 2015 Jetta TDI and this experience could not have been better!!
