He was flexible in his times and even missed a meeting in order to give me the final information in regards to the sale. I would seek him out once again. When the dealership turned the car over to my wife and I the lady who gave us our tour of the car was amazing her name I think was Emma. She even apologized to us for throwing her back during the process which was absolutely not necessary and attempted to make up for it. She told us multiple times that she wanted us to walk away happy no matter what the circumstance and by the end of that evening we did walk away happy and valued as a costumer. We believe in good customer service and I dont mind my money going to keep these kind of people employed and happy as well. My car buying experience was very much pain-free, focusing on what I needed more than the flashy side sales and up-sells. I didn't feel hustled in any sense and felt like Serge had my best interest at heart the whole time. Finding the exact trim, colour and model I wanted was a breeze and I had no trouble in setting up any test drives before hand. Negotiating a price was competitive but never bullying at any point during the exchange, this allowed us to agree upon a great price while leveraging any incentives that South Centre could offer. Why take it to the dealer if they don't back their parts or work for a reasonable time. More
