Dodge 1500 Ram Sport purchase I was very pleased with the service I received. Richard was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Purchasing a vehicle from a different dealership. We had a travel trailer and an Acadia to trade and decided to buy a new JEEP. The local Dodge dealership seemed like the place to try first to make a deal that fit our needs. Richard was someone we had dealt with in the past and we liked his friendly personality and his knowledge of the products the company handles. The no pressure sales attitude is one we feel better with and yet it is plain that Richard is interest in making the sale, he is well informed about the Jeep and can see that we are willing to go only so far with what we wish to spend on a new item and he was fair with the trade in return on the deal. The Ladies we work with in the finance area were very helpful and the paper work was ready as so as we made the agreement. We hope to have a good result with the service dept. when it is needed, we are use to good service at our previous dealership. Thank you for a good experience South 20 Dodge. More

Dealing with South 20 was a true breathe of fresh air! They made buying a new vehicle stress free and enjoyed their honest up front approach compared to the numbers game with other dealers. They actually made us feel like we were customers they wanted to see, not just a wallet walking in the door. Maybe it's a small town thing verses the fast pace of bigger city dealers, but it was so refreshing to experience good ole customer service and no pressure. It was truly worth the hour drive not just because of the price, but we felt like they actually appreciated our business. They stayed late to help us out on the delivery date, and made buying our new Dodge easy peasy! Two Thumbs up to Lee and all the staff at South 20! More
