The no pressure sales attitude is one we feel better with and yet it is plain that Richard is interest in making the sale, he is well informed about the Jeep and can see that we are willing to go only so far with what we wish to spend on a new item and he was fair with the trade in return on the deal. The Ladies we work with in the finance area were very helpful and the paper work was ready as so as we made the agreement.
