I even called her while she was out with her kids at soccer one night (I didn’t realize she was off duty) and she was extremely accommodating! She was in constant contact throughout the deal and her response time was fantastic! I didn't feel like she was being dishonest and trusted her recommendations. Great service! I also had the pleasure of dealing with Terri! As I was buying my vehicle from NB, she was willing to work with me virtually and within a very tight timeframe to make sure she could accommodate my timeline. She were very knowledgeable, patient and pleasant! The paperwork we receive was very clear and ready with no room for error or questions were not left unanswered! I am sure I made her Friday a bit of a nightmare and I appreciate all she did for me that day! Kyle was also very accommodating and great to deal with. The dealership agreed to meet us halfway so Kyle met up with us in Truro. He took the time (on his day off and vacation) to review all the features of the vehicle with us in detail! He was willing to meet me in Truro with the new car which to us was the kicker on the service they provided for us! Then he was stuck driving back with that much smaller trade in, our old focus! I am very grateful I did not have to drive all the way! When I am ready to buy again – I will absolutely consider thisudealership – and will definitely recommend people to do business with them!
