Useless I am from Edmonton. I drove up to pentiction for a family vacation. On my drive up my car started to missfire. I called skaha Ford to get in asap howe I am from Edmonton. I drove up to pentiction for a family vacation. On my drive up my car started to missfire. I called skaha Ford to get in asap however they could not get me in until the last day of my trip. Upon bringing it to skaha they told me that my Warenty for electronics is up and that it will cost minimum 200 to look at my car. After looking at my car for 5 minutes they decided my spark plugs needed to be regapped which would take a few hours. They had no rental car for me to use, but they could drop me off somewhere. Once finished with my car I took it off the lot and within 2 min it started to misfire again. I called in to see what happened and what I paid for. They told me I paid for "peace of mind" and that I should be "fine" to make it home. About and hour left of my way home my check engine light came on and my transmission went. I feel as though they Didn't look into the real problem and just wanted my money and to brush me Off. They did not care to explore what was happening with my car just found what they thought was the more simple solution and said oh well when it didn't work. More

The entire time dealing with ford was a disappointment it took 7 times traveling to penticton from sighning papers to ford losing my trade in papers. I strongly suggest that people think twice bout going to skaha ford! They truly don't care about there customers they are just in it for the money More
