I have been a customer with this dealership through different owners since 1993. This dealership is now terrible service. They no longer indicate on the invoice how much time was spent on repairs. different owners since 1993. This dealership is now terrible service. They no longer wash your car before they give it back to you and mine was much dirtier then when I took it there as it sat outside and in the shop for nearly two weeks. They told me two different stories as to what was wrong with the car. The first being that it would take 2 months to get the part. Then they said if I wanted the a new clutch they could fix it in two days. Two days turned into 7 . No loaner car available either. More

Worst service I have dealt with, Numerous times, work stated completed not completed, warranty issues incorrectly dealt with, incorrect parts installation. When I called the service manager,, excuses wer stated completed not completed, warranty issues incorrectly dealt with, incorrect parts installation.
