Very Friendly and helpful! Brought my F350 Dually in for service and had my two and half year old son with me. Came Away Happy It was a lot of back and forth trying to get the unit I wanted, but it ended up happening. I appreciated the effort they went to to keep my business. He was knowledgeable and followed-up, without being pushy. He made a huge effort to make sure I'd get what I wanted. The only negative of the experience was pricing (which wasn't the salesman's fault). It frustrates me that the price is never the price and if you really push it with the sales manager, you get a MUCH better deal. I guess that's how its played. Still a good experience overall. More
