We recently purchased a 4Runner from Simcoe Toyota while living all the way over in Nova Scotia, and I can honestly say the entire process wouldn’t have been possible without Paul. From the very first email living all the way over in Nova Scotia, and I can honestly say the entire process wouldn’t have been possible without Paul. From the very first email, he was incredibly patient with our many (many!) questions since we couldn’t see the vehicle in person. He sent detailed history of the vehicle and knew about previous owners. Paul went above and beyond to make sure we felt completely comfortable buying from provinces away. He personally checked on all the small details, sent us tons of photos (including one of a tiny paint chip that was barely visible — that’s just how transparent he is), and even put the vehicle up on a hoist just for us so that we could see the undercarriage. He made sure we were on the same page every step of the way. He helped us coordinate shipping, kept us updated, and even sent a photo once the truck was loaded up with the shipping company to head our way. We are absolutely thrilled with the 4Runner, and more than that, we’re grateful for how trustworthy and thorough Paul was throughout the process. Now that it has arrived, it's everything we dreamed of and there's nothing at all that Paul missed! Buying a vehicle sight unseen over email is no small leap of faith, but Paul made it easy. Bought a 2017 RAV4 three weeks ago. Start to finish, our experience was perfect. Paul Burley was an amazing advisor and answered all of our questions. Buying over the phone Prompt customer service, and easy to do business with over the phone with. Excellent response to bring the car from Simcoe to Oakville. Quick, patient, and diligent when answering questions. A very smooth process buying a car over the phone I never saw or test drove. However no incentives, nor any special promotions or deals. There is no wiggle room for negotiation with the Owner, but if no other dealer has much inventory or the car you want, I would try Simcoe Toyota. So far I have found them to be down to earth people. Lets hope the car is not a lemon! More
