Ordered a new headache rack by Alicia from parts Dept and was installed by Darryl. Upon arriving at the dealership, Neil had it booked out right away and off it went into the garage doctor's office. There was already a tonneau cover on the vehicle and few modifications were made to have both the tonneau cover and headache rack fit the truck without a glitch. Dominic was also part of the solution so was Alicia. It is always rewarding coming out of the dealership with the most professionals from the service deparment, passing by the parts department to Doctor Darryl and finally back to service Department.
