Service department didn't tell us the calibers were gone when they replaced the rotors and pads. Now we have to pay double labor to replace them. Their answer was , we didn't have them in stock but we can o when they replaced the rotors and pads. Now we have to pay double labor to replace them. Their answer was , we didn't have them in stock but we can order them in and put them on when they arrive. I asked for a labor rate but haven't heard back from them. So I went elsewhere and ordered all the parts I needed and will have them put on somewhere else, about $400.00 cheaper. They were also charging me $50.00 for supplies but didn't let me know what $50.00 worth of supplies were. That part is a total RIP off. I was paying for everything that was required to do the job , so there should be no shop supplies. I have never had such poor dealings with a Toyota dealer before and I don't think I will ever go back to that dealer again for anything. More

Staff is friendly enough when I took my wife’s Rav in for an oil change, but when they showed me a dirty cabin filter, I asked how much it was I was told it was $39.99 (reasonable), but then they wanted $30 an oil change, but when they showed me a dirty cabin filter, I asked how much it was I was told it was $39.99 (reasonable), but then they wanted $30 labour to change the filter that they already had taken out…if I said no to changing the filter, they put it back in at “no charge” but if I wanted the new filter, it would cost $30 put it in…maybe it’s just me, but this makes no sense. It kinda like taking the oil out, showing me it needs to be changed and then saying that it would cost more to put in clean oil, but they would put the old oil back in for free… More
