When dealing with Mike he was more patient with me than I would have been with myself. He worked with MY schedule and made sure I was aware of every detail that would affect me when it came to the financial end. Even put in some extra research to see what I can and cannot qualify for due to the nature of my work. I would absolutely come back to them or recommend them to anyone for a vehicle purchase. More

great sales team not so great service Bought a used Jeep there on Saturday ( only minus 5) and when we arrived to test drive the vehicle would not start. The battery was weak. . No proble Bought a used Jeep there on Saturday ( only minus 5) and when we arrived to test drive the vehicle would not start. The battery was weak. . No problem john said if we had problems bring it back we will check it out and replace if necessary. Sunday we had problems. Called John Monday and he told me to take it in. Arrived at 1030... they charged the battery to do the test. I left at 1045 for an appointment. Got back around 1230.... battery still hadn't been changed ( or even arrived at toyota yet) finally showed up at 115... I didn't leave until 1 hour later. There is 1 bolt that holds it down and the 2 nuts on the clamps. All the same size. One socket is needed and 15 minutes of someone's time. Needless to say I'm not impressed with the service. Sales finance and the courtesy driver were all great. Service let me down. More
