Silverwood Toyota said on 10/15/2014 11:10 AM Hi Carrie, I spoke with Caroline this morning. She said she realized she had charged you an additional $500 immediately and reversed it. She did try to call to let you know but the number she had to call you is out of service. I have provided her with the phone number you gave me. She just left my office. She showed me the receipts for the second charge of $500 then the credit of $1000. They were dated on Oct 6. So you should be good to go! She said she can scan and email you a copy of the receipts.
