I just bought my 4 runner on May. Then after more than months all bad showing up in the vehicle. The aircon have a loud noise. Service department didn't tell us the calibers were gone when they replaced the rotors and pads. Now we have to pay double labor to replace them. Their answer was , we didn't have them in stock but we can o when they replaced the rotors and pads. Now we have to pay double labor to replace them. Their answer was , we didn't have them in stock but we can order them in and put them on when they arrive. I asked for a labor rate but haven't heard back from them. So I went elsewhere and ordered all the parts I needed and will have them put on somewhere else, about $400.00 cheaper. They were also charging me $50.00 for supplies but didn't let me know what $50.00 worth of supplies were. That part is a total RIP off. I was paying for everything that was required to do the job , so there should be no shop supplies. I have never had such poor dealings with a Toyota dealer before and I don't think I will ever go back to that dealer again for anything. More
