Amazing staff on the service side. I have always been impressed with the gentleman who minds the service counter. Very polite, professional, detailed, patient, not too sales-y. Just a solid guy. My experience with him has been positive every time and the repair staff are great too. My battery change was done quickly and no issues to report. I do have to say that the reception on the sales side are virtually dodo birds. There's always two of them at the counter and they just look at each other trying to figure out whos going to say hi to me first. As if they didn't see me literally walk into the store 30 steps before hand. They seem quite lost, lifeless, and lack friendly professionalism that you'd get at any basic reception counter. I'm not even sure they'd know what their names are to be honest. Definitely not a good first impression to walk into. More
