Just purchased a new 2017 CX-5 GT tech through Donald who offered a great deal that was not available at other dealers. Donald is very knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. He answered my numerous emails and texts while we were waiting for our new car to arrive from Japan. Donald ensured all our extra accessories where installed and was very helpful with showing us the main features of the car upon pickup. We didn't have a car and we were going to take public transit to the Automall, but Donald insisted we take a taxi and he took care of the tab. Donald's customer service is above and beyond! Christopher Collins was very knowledgeable with informing us on all the protection plans available and which ones were the best for the money. Even though we didn't purchase a plan, there was no pressure and he wanted to provide the best protection for new investment. A very friendly guy! Our new 2017 CX-5 GT is great! Such a stylish, sporty, and luxurious ride in a sea of bland family SUV's. Growing up can be stylish too. :) More

Yicks a check engine light issue I mentally prepared for that repair of a check engine light on a 2004 RX8 could be costly, however, the service technician walked me through the diagn I mentally prepared for that repair of a check engine light on a 2004 RX8 could be costly, however, the service technician walked me through the diagnostic process, offering to call if issue not found within the first hour, where they would need to spend more then a minimal quote I was given. Which did not happen. Issue found. Service Tech called and told me the issue with the cost of repair. Luckily it was just a replacement of a gas cap. I was extremely happy with the service, the price as it was as quoted, and with the sparkling clean car I picked up at the end of what could have been a very costly day. More

Since we didn't know exactly what we wanted we purposely went at closing as to not waste anyone's time. Justin just happen to be still there and came out to help us. He was very gracious and didn't mind spending time with us even though it was a Friday night at closing! After an hour or so we left him with our wants and needs and within the hour of getting home he had some options for us. We agreed to meet the following morning and low and behold a deal was done and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Justin for making an otherwise stressful event seamless! Everyone there was very helpful and accommodating. I will recommend Signature Mazda and ion particular Justin to anyone who will listen! Thanks again!! More

I went in to get a Mazda 3 Sport and he hooked me up with a deal I wouldn't have imagined. What i loved was that he didn't try to up-sell anything i didn't need which i really appreciated because i have been to other dealerships where they think your stupid and try to sell you something you wouldn't need. The rest of the staff was very friendly and answered the million questions i asked with a smile. Best experience ever and i went home with my dream car!!! More

Very bad exprience I went to the dealership to look for a car and asked if there were any promotional offers currently going on. The sales rep said no and we continued t I went to the dealership to look for a car and asked if there were any promotional offers currently going on. The sales rep said no and we continued to shop. We picked out a car that I liked and decided to purchase it. Due to the colour choice and package choice, I was told there was going to be a 2 month wait in which case the management offered a free navigation package credit towards our purchase for our wait. We paid the $500 deposit and left. I got back home and went onto their website and found that there is a promotion going on and they were already offering a free navigation package. I felt really uncomfortable being lied to and called in to complain about their sales rep and asked for the deposit back. They replied with "we already ordered your car so enjoy your new car" in a very disrespectful tone. I feel honesty in business should be held at a very high standard and this violation of trust is disgusting. (Less) More
