I brought my car in without an appointment due to a bcca diagnosis of needing a new battery. The service area was closed and the sales department was about to close. A salesperson showed me where to drop diagnosis of needing a new battery. The service area was closed and the sales department was about to close. A salesperson showed me where to drop off my keys, and the form I needed to fill in. The next morning the service department affirmed my car was there and they were checking it out. We were kept in the loop through out the day.. the day before we had waited 7 hours for bcca, only to be informed the call had never been placed at their end. The employees at this center are excellent communicators. More
