Peter the salesperson is very knowledgeable, shows you and explains patiently all the features of the vehicle, even though I a because of the people. Peter the salesperson is very knowledgeable, shows you and explains patiently all the features of the vehicle, even though I am already a VW owner, he shows me things I have never known! Raoul the sales manager is straight forward and thinks in my shoes. Mildred, the finance manager is great to deal with and shows different options to take care of the vehicle, she makes things flexible to fit on my schedule. It's happy to see the same faces again for my 2nd purchase! More

I was pressured to buy extended warranty along with seat and undercarriage protection. I was up front that I did not want these features but was pushed anyway. The salesperson now said they would give a loy and undercarriage protection. I was up front that I did not want these features but was pushed anyway. The salesperson now said they would give a loyalty discount and all the terms will be the same. Like a fool I signed the sale agreement not realizing the term on the financing had been increased by 1 year. Tried to rectify the issue with the salesperson but was told that I was stuck with the deal. I feel cheated by the experience and will not be doing business here in the future. More

I would recommend this dealership to NO ONE! These guys are scammers and always looking for a way to make an extra buck. The sales manager Raoul Bhardwaj said they only finance used vehicles at 6%. After are scammers and always looking for a way to make an extra buck. The sales manager Raoul Bhardwaj said they only finance used vehicles at 6%. After making us wait on a VW Golf GTI that needed a ton of repairs for aftermarket work and increasing the price. I was not in need to finance the vehicle and made that very clear. According to AMVIC this is NOT standard practice, and I was completely turned off this dealership. Their managers (Carlie and Rahul) need a head shake and revisit the used car salesman reputation they clearly fall into. Be honest. Don’t put your reputation, or the reputation of the business you represent, at risk by being dishonest about fees and charges. Be informed. The only mandatory charges that can be added to the price of a vehicle are the GST and the tire levy. If that specific vehicle was advertised, the only non-optional fees that can be added to the advertised price are the GST and financing charges. Be prepared. All additional fees should be identified in writing and initialed by both dealer and the customer. Dealer should clearly identify if the fee is mandatory, required by the dealership, or optional. Remember, just because a fee is mandatory at your dealership does not mean it’s mandatory by law– don’t misrepresent. More
