Staff is amazing but not all issues have been resolved with my 2024 Atlas Cross sport. My rear taillight keeps coming in and out of alarm, my SOS system does not function properly and my Adaptive cruise c with my 2024 Atlas Cross sport. My rear taillight keeps coming in and out of alarm, my SOS system does not function properly and my Adaptive cruise control does not work properly either. VW just shrugs there shoulders and says we don’t have a fix for these issues which also prevents me from using the phone app to start my vehicle remotely because I have these car problem alarms. Very frustrating as I paid extra for all these features and cannot use them normally. Should be some sort of compensation of this but there is nothing. More
