As much as I would like to leave a good review, I'm extremely disappointed that the salespeople, including the managers, are just sleazy people that only care about quick sales. I would not recommend this dealership (Sh.Pk VW). They hid a big damage on a used vehicle they were selling. It was not mentioned to us, and we only found out about the damage after the purchase. (Big expensive lesson for us!) The damage should've been mentioned on the disclosure document. We contacted the dealership, and received no reply, no acknowledgement at all. After the sale, they will ignore you. We reported the issue to the AMVIC as well, and of course they ignore the issue as well. They work with the dealership. Do not buy used vehicles from this dealership. They will scam you! PS: I should mention that the salesperson messaged me the day after the sale, and asked for a 5-star review, so they could get additional $100 in tips from their managers. But they won't reply to my email... Shady, sleazy humans! More
