Recently had my windshield replaced that I was informed when I booked the appt should still be covered under my extended warranty. Went with an OEM windshield because they are usually thicker and less pron when I booked the appt should still be covered under my extended warranty. Went with an OEM windshield because they are usually thicker and less prone to chips. First chip from a pebble after 3 days, 2nd crack from seemingly nothing after 5 days. Not impressed. $900 job and didn't last a week. More

Absolute brutal service when I took my new atlas into the dealership for an oil change. Took all day, had to call them 3 times to see when it was finished. It was more dirtier than I brought it. Garbage service, manager took 3 days to call me back. Did nothing for us. We bought the atlas there as well and the sales guy and finance manager were great. But the service department is a joke. More
