My family and I are dissatisfied with our experience at Sherwood Park Volkswagen. Last week, we drove up from Calgary to look at a vehicle and ended up purchasing it that day, paid in full. As the car had to undergo some additional minor repairs, we returned the following weekend to pick up the vehicle. Prior to this day, we have already provided the dealership with all of the necessary documents, such as the insurance and registration. When we arrived we were greeted with some congratulations and told that the finance department just had to quickly finalize everything prior to us getting the keys. We ended up waiting over 3 hours to get the keys to the car. We were not given updates as to what was going on unless we came up to the staff first. I would have thought the staff would’ve at least made the initiative to come to us seeing as hours were going by. By the third hour we went up to the front desk to ask what was going on and the staff was very surprised we haven’t been given the keys yet. They had to overhead page our salesman who was helping out other clients just to bring us downstairs to my vehicle, where we were only then given the keys. I cannot even imagine how much longer we would’ve waited if we didn’t initiate communication. We ended up waiting in the lobby the same amount of time it took us to drive up from Calgary. What we thought should have been a quick and easy trip ended up being hours and hours of waiting with little updates as to what we were even waiting for. My family and I are extremely disappointed with the service given to us. More

Staff were amazing, the whole process was very positive. Blake in sales was great, answered all my questions, finance lady took the time to go through all the paperwork. Never felt rushed or pressured, Sale Blake in sales was great, answered all my questions, finance lady took the time to go through all the paperwork. Austin was amazing to deal with & the dealership as a whole! I was kept in the loop the whole time my car was there getting worked on. They were super transparent about price & anything to do mechanicall whole! I was kept in the loop the whole time my car was there getting worked on. Austin also made sure multiple times that I had a ride/offered to contact an Uber incase I needed transportation while my car was there! Not to mention I had my car back within a week which I thought was super efficient and reasonable! Can’t say enough good things about them! Highly recommend! :) More
I purchased my vehicle out of province and when I asked if there would be any surprises when I went to have it inspected in Saskatchewan, they said no. To my surprise a $3000 repair was quoted from another Auto Canada Dealership. I called and txt to voice my dissatisfaction and ask that the dealership pay for this repair I was assured they were looking into it and never heard back. I left voice mail and further txt and went unanswered. I work in advertising and marketing and know how unprofessional it is to leave these types of concerns unanswered. What I felt was to be a great experience purchasing my dream car turned into a purchase experience I regret. I love my car, but the additional cost to me was not something expected or I would not have purchased the car. More
