Terrible dealership had us sign a bill of sale before deal complete. We told them no extended warranty but disguise as lower interest rate. Tried to cancel deal next day but refused. Car was in Ontario when delivered had 3,000 extra kms. Didn't get the paper work until car delivered the following week. Parts department is just as bad. Ordered a spare key told it would be 5-7 days. At day 17 I told them I wanted to cancel and get our money back but told no can do. Thats seems the way this dealership works. Buyer beware. More

First, some of the documentation was wrong (the letter said 2025 instead of 2026 vehicle) which caused issues with my insurance. For my last vehicle, they had documented that my M3 coating would be replaced because of THEIR error. As I live so far away, I wasn’t able to have that done so requested it for the new vehicle. The finance director wouldn’t allow that and wouldn’t tell me that themself. Instead, they had one of their new employees deliver their decision. Incredibly disappointing. They said if I was ever in town, they’d clean my vehicle. More
