Austin was amazing to deal with & the dealership as a whole! I was kept in the loop the whole time my car was there getting worked on. I purchased my vehicle out of province and when I asked if there would be any surprises when I went to have it inspected in Saskatchewan, they said no. I called and txt to voice my dissatisfaction and ask that the dealership pay for this repair I was assured they were looking into it and never heard back. I left voice mail and further txt and went unanswered. I work in advertising and marketing and know how unprofessional it is to leave these types of concerns unanswered. What I felt was to be a great experience purchasing my dream car turned into a purchase experience I regret. I love my car, but the additional cost to me was not something expected or I would not have purchased the car. More
