Decent experience overall, will keep them on my list for next time. Only real knock was I would have liked a better purchase agreement up front before putting all my money in. Staff is amazing but not all issues have been resolved with my 2024 Atlas Cross sport. My rear taillight keeps coming in and out of alarm, my SOS system does not function properly and my Adaptive cruise c with my 2024 Atlas Cross sport. My rear taillight keeps coming in and out of alarm, my SOS system does not function properly and my Adaptive cruise control does not work properly either. VW just shrugs there shoulders and says we don’t have a fix for these issues which also prevents me from using the phone app to start my vehicle remotely because I have these car problem alarms. Very frustrating as I paid extra for all these features and cannot use them normally. Should be some sort of compensation of this but there is nothing. More
I purchased a new Jetta from this dealership as per conversations/deal with my son. I am fairly happy with this deal except for a few things. When I purchased my Tiguan I ask for the service records on the car. Antonio said he would have them for and just give him a few days. Well, still waiting. Since I have talked with him at the dealership, on the phone, by text, left messages and he always has an excuse. The last saying he talked with the service department and they will send them. Now Antonio is saying l should come in and talk to the service department myself and see if they could send me the records. Really?!!! I’m sure there were other records that came with the car when it was traded in just the day before I purchased. I was promised those as well. It’s been very frustrating. Hopefully someone will respond to this message. More
