The service was good, process relatively easy. I appreciate the fact that they gave the option of putting custom seats in a lower end vehicle to get much the same vehicle and save some money. The salesman seemed knowledgable and was helpful in choosing the right type of vehicle. It was a slow process getting a vehicle to test drive, pricing a trade in and then getting a final price, etc etc. I have been to a number of other dealerships and this is not the case. The pickup process was equally as slow. If they were so concerned about customer experience then they should try to hurry the heck up, we have other things to do with our weekends and evenings. The pressure by the salesman and management to give a "10" on the Toyota services is a bit ridiculous and kind of negates the whole purpose of a customer satisfaction survey. While they do want to make sure you have a good experience, any feedback remotely in a negative light results in "if it is not a 10 your salesman gets a fail, even if it has nothing to do with him". What a pile of BS. If that is truly the way the system is then it is moronic. I suspect it is just a line they give you to guilt the buyer into giving a perfect score to Toyota. Basically any rating that they get from this system is suspect. I have heard the same line once with a Chev salesman but certainly not in an over the top fashion like at this dealership. Overall a good (but slow) process and so far the truck has been very good. I would shop there again if this vehicle turns out to be good. More

Initially, my husband and I entered into the dealership to just window shop and Rob greeted us at the door. I am very happy with his professional and courtious manner. The worst buying experience I have ever experienced. Was The worst buying experience I have ever experienced. Was sold a truck 2012 Tundra Platinum and was overcharged and outright lied to at every turn. W The worst buying experience I have ever experienced. Was sold a 1699.00 extended care plan though they knew the truck was to be used commercially in the oil patch which makes the Extended care plan invalid. They also listed the Kms on the ECP as 588 though it was demo with 16000 Kms on it Found a life and disability insurance package in my folder that I paid 5000 dollars for that I was not even aware that I bought am trying to cancel it but am on the hook for at least 2000 dollars anyway. The words that come to mind are "Sleazy, underhanded, sneaky" Apparently you need to bring a Lawyer with you to purchase a vehicle from this dealership I cannot get anyone in senior management to return my calls or emails. Avoid this dealer or at least have a Lawyer review documents before signing.. What a scam! More

I called Sherwood Toyota / Scion to see if they had the new Scions in stock. Rob Nessel took my call and had the model and colour I was looking for warmed up and ready for a test drive when I got there a c new Scions in stock.
